Service Description

MINIMUM PARTY SIZE OF 26 Total is $910 before tax (973.70) | Deposit $450 Please read the description fully DETAILS: ** This is for a MOBILE event held at YOUR location. ** Tickets are $35 per person. ** Please let us know if you think you will have more painter as it effect the price. MATERIALS: ** 3 Hours (30+ minutes before and 30+ after for setup and cleanup) total of 3 hours needed. ** All materials needed to paint are included, Aprons, Brushes, Easels, Cleaning cups and paint trays, Paint, Canvas selections - 16x20 or 10x20. Glass selections - 2 per person, an assortment of different glasses or specific set, stem, stemless, beer, cocktail, martini or champagne. NEEDED: **Table coverings can be provided, but it is suggested to have them as we don't know your set up and what is specifically will be needed. **We will need access to water, tables and chairs not provided. EXTRA COST: *** Event is for 3 hours and additional time can be purchased for $95 per hour. *** If your event starts late at no fault of the studio or our teachers and the session has to go over the $95 charge will be automatically added to your card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS! **** The minimum amount of guest is 15, non negotiable.


Cancellation Policy

We try to accommodate cancellations when provided adequate time. With respect to all of our programs, clients, schools, families and Companies; we ask that an attempt to reschedule any session prior to cancelation be made first. There are cancellations fees for our different services and offerings please be sure to review your cancelation policy for your selected session/service/booking or event. *In school Art Events (Invoiced) -* There is a 15% Deposit Required and due as early as 1 month prior to camp start date to secure materials and instructor and lock in dates. We Recommend Materials be delivered in advance for distribution or sorting. Once deposit is received the materials can be delivered 15-20 days prior to first sessions. *Cancel -* First attempt to reschedule or convert to virtual at least 48-72 hours in advance fee up to 15% of total per session canceled. *In Person Event (Booked Online)* - Deposit details provided per booking/service. Additional participants can be added up to 24 hours of event and will be added to the total, balance payments can be invoiced, or paid cash, card please just let us know on the booking form online. A credit card authorization form will be sent to your email once the deposit is paid online within 24 hours it must be signed with the match ing account holder and details used to secure the booking/event/session. *Cancel -* At least 5 days prior to date of event for full refund. If canceled between 1-4 days no refund on deposit event can be re booked up-to 15 days from original date of event. If not rebooked/rescheduled after 15 days, no refund allowed only voucher for total held on account valid for 3 months. *Private Mobile/travel Events (Invoiced /Booked Online)* - Deposit details provided per booking/service. Additional participants can be added up to 24 hours of event and will be added to the total, balance payments can be invoiced, or paid cash/card please just let us know on the booking form online. A credit card authorization form will be sent to your email once the deposit is paid online within 24 hours it must be signed with the match ing account holder and details used to secure the booking/event/session. *Cancel -* At least 5 days prior to date of event for full refund. If 1-3 Days prior to event cancelation fee of $100. If canceled 48 hours prior to the event there is no refund the full amount paid becomes a Voucher/Credit Applied to rebooking if not reschedule due to client/host. Voucher valid for up to 3 months unless otherwise discussed. *Virtual Events (Paid Online) -* Materials can be shipped, delivered and picked up locally. If Delivered we will return within 72 hours to pick up unused materials and if Picked up they must be returned with 72 hours or you will be charged $50 to replace the items. ** *Cancel -* At least 5-7 Days cancelation notice depending on the delivery method of materials once materials have been delivered or picked up there are no refunds. We can reschedule event upto 15 days after original service date. After 15 we will not provide an instructor or re book. We will provide a how to video for your selected design to be sent to all attendees for painting at home on their own. Virtual events are paid in full online.
